REGULATION REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO THE FREE ZONES IMPLEMENTATION REGULATION

Summary: The following paragraph has been added to the article 32 of the Free Zones Implementation Regulation (Goods That Are Prohibited To Be Brought To The Zone Or Require Special Mechanism / Structure), after the first paragraph.
"The production and release of firearms in the region and the entry and exit of the ammunition to be used in the R&D activities carried out as a part of this production activity are subject to the provisions of the national and international legislation applied by the Ministry of Interior or the Ministry of National Defense."
